Pricing and Fees

All product prices on our online store are displayed in Polish zloty (PLN). The amount shown at checkout represents the total payment due for the order.

Products are sold under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. This means that all applicable import duties, customs clearance costs, and Polish VAT are already included in the product price.

The applicable VAT rate is 23%.

No additional taxes, customs fees, or import-related charges are collected upon delivery. The amount confirmed by the customer at checkout is the final transaction value.

Accepted Payment Methods

Orders can only be paid using credit or debit cards supported by major international payment networks.

• Visa.

• Mastercard.

We do not accept payments made by:

• Cash.

• Check.

• Bank transfer.

• Cash on delivery (COD).

Before completing the payment, customers should ensure their card is valid and has sufficient funds to cover the transaction.

Payment Process

During checkout, customers can review and confirm all order details, including selected products, quantities, total order value, and shipping information.

Next, customers provide their card details through a secure payment environment. By clicking the "Pay" button, the system automatically encrypts the data and initiates transaction verification and authorization.

Once payment is successfully processed, an order confirmation email is sent to the customer.

If the payment fails, customers may retry or contact our customer support team for assistance.

Data Security and Privacy Protection

We prioritize safeguarding both transaction security and personal data.

All information exchanged between the customer’s browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS technology.

Payment processing is handled by providers compliant with PCI-DSS security standards. Card data is not stored on our servers.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR/RODO) and applicable Polish law.

Data is used solely for:

Refund Policy

Consumers are entitled to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with applicable Polish consumer protection laws.

Approved refunds will be returned using the same payment method originally used for the purchase.

For security and financial compliance, refunds cannot be directed to a different account or payment method.

Banks typically take around 3 business days to initiate processing. The actual posting time may vary depending on the bank or card issuer, usually taking 10–15 business days.

If the refund has not been received after this period, customers should provide the order number and payment proof to customer support, and we will promptly verify the refund status.
